The Final Climb Inc. is a non-profit organization established in 2017 to continue the work of a remarkable man, Andy Harvard, to promote youth leadership and environmental action in the outdoors and wilderness.
Andy was a mountain climber, attorney, business leader, author and motivational speaker.

Andy was a mountain climber, attorney, business leader, author and motivational speaker.
He excelled at everything he did. But his true gift was inspiring people of all backgrounds, young and old, to work together and take on the challenges facing their communities at a local and national level.
To Andy, this was the essence of great leadership
Whether climbing in the world’s highest mountains, inspiring the next generation of adventurers or finding a way to chart his own journey with Younger Onset Alzheimer’s disease in the final years of his life, Andy believed that, together, we can tackle the most daunting challenges and, together, we will prevail.
Inspired by Andy and to continue his legacy, our flagship project is the ANDY HARVARD LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE (AHLI).
